There comes a point when the strategies that once carried you no longer touch the deeper yearnings you live with.
Your life may be full. You exceed your responsibilities. You are known for your work.
And yet, you have a hunger…a sense that achievement has not answered everything it promised.
Are you at a threshold?
Men who are ready for this journey often:
have achieved what once motivated them
sense unsettled energy within, or something unfinished
feel the limits of purely external success
desire a meaningful group of brothers who are together willing to go to the depths for true fulfillment
BROTHERHOOD
A confidential circle of men where responsibility, uncertainty, and inner life can be spoken with others who carry comparable weight, without performance.
INITIATION
A rite of passage into embodied masculinity and the depths of your truest self.
TRANSFORMATION
Change that holds up in real life and a brotherhood that endures long after the container ends.
This 12-month odyssey takes place within a small, confidential circle of men.
It is structured around The Ten Gates—a psychological and initiatory process developed by Dr. John W. Price over decades of clinical, scholarly, and contemplative work. Each month, you and your brothers will move through one gate of transformation. You will be exposed to elders and teachers. You will experience a sense of being genuinely known.
What is discovered here is carried back into life—into work, relationship, leadership, fatherhood, and consequence.
The Odyssey is built on a foundation of brotherhood.
The brotherhood is not an accessory to the work.
It is the work.
This is a deliberate passage —
entered with intention, sustained through discipline,
and completed with integrity.
This is the developmental work our culture rarely provides: the maturation and refinement of the soul alongside success. Through disciplined reflection, shared presence and lived process, The Ten Gates guide the crossing.

A W A R E N E S S
You have built a life that works, yet a moment comes when achievement alone no longer feels complete. Awareness is the expansion of perception that opens the next stage of growth, revealing that success without inner depth cannot fully satisfy.
-
W A Y F I N D I N G
Certainty loosens, and you learn to orient by symbol, mentor, intuition, and disciplined listening. The path emerges through relationship rather than control.
-
R E V E R E N C E
Your posture toward life shifts. The world is encountered as presence, and humility opens a different kind of sight.
-
C L E A N S I N G
What has accumulated—habits, beliefs, emotional residue—is faced and released. Space is made for a truer order to take root.
-
T H R E S H O L D
There comes a point when insight must become lived commitment. Threshold is the step where preparation turns into embodiment, where you move from knowing what matters to living it in concrete and visible ways.
-
The E N C O U N T E R
The descent becomes personal. The shadow, the wound, and the truth you avoided stand before you, asking for presence rather than escape.
-
D I S O R I E N T A T I O N
Old maps dissolve and orientation falters. You remain in the unmarked space long enough for a deeper center to emerge.
-
R E O R I E N T A T I O N
A quieter alignment gathers from within. New rhythms form, not from ambition, but from recognition.
-
The R E T U R N
What was lived in silence is shaped into language and offering. Insight matures through reflection and shared meaning.
-
R E N E W A L
The work settles into daily life. Transformation becomes lived coherence, and the cycle prepares to begin again.
The Invitation
If you have achieved society’s standard of “success” but have the sense you are meant for something deeper, stronger, and fulfilling — you may be a candidate for The Odyssey of the 10 Gates.
The Odyssey begins with a private conversation to discern readiness and fit.
Nothing more is required yet.
The Shape of the Journey
-
The Odyssey is by invitation only.
Transformation requires a container strong enough to hold truth, conflict, and change over time. The Odyssey is intentionally kept small to preserve depth, trust, and continuity. You can expect a maximum of 8 men.
Additionally, by joining The Odyssey, you gain access to a growing network of men who have completed this work. Following the program, the brotherhood deepens through business partnerships, trips, and friendships among the Odyssey network of men.
-
The 10 Gates are a powerful rite of passage for men ready to cross a threshold. Their structured framework provides a map for transformation and depth — developed through decades of clinical, scholarly, and contemplative work. Each gate builds intentionally on the one before it, culminating in the completion of The Odyssey of the 10 Gates.

Dr. Price grounds the work in a depth-psychological and psycho-spiritual framework, helping men engage the symbolic, emotional, and initiatory dimensions of their lives. Naushad supports the integration of this work into the concrete realities men face—business, governance, responsibility, conflict, and decision-making—so transformation is lived, tested, and embodied rather than idealized.
-
The Odyssey is co-facilitated by Naushad Ramoly, executive coach and attorney. Naushad actualizes the inner work into the outer world.
-
The Odyssey is accompanied by in-person conversations with elders, thinkers, artists, and practitioners whose lives reflect sustained engagement with depth and inquiry.

The brotherhood is based on trust and clarity. Each gathering engages psychological, relational, spiritual, and professional dimensions of life within a disciplined, well-held format. Clear confidentiality and nondisclosure agreements create the conditions for honesty, continuity, and depth. Signed on Day 1 of The Odyssey.
-
The Odyssey is structured to meet the realities of men who carry professional and personal responsibility, while still asking for enough stretch to make real change possible.
1 year. Designed to support sustained transformation rather than episodic insight.
1 gate per month, experienced through a gathering among the brothers. This work can be uncomfortable at times, requiring the willingness to question familiar identities, loosen old patterns, and remain present through uncertainty.
This is a deliberate passage entered with intention, sustained through discipline, and completed with integrity.

If you find yourself standing at a threshold—sensing that the way you have lived, led, or understood yourself no longer fully fits—this journey may offer a meaningful next step.
Entering the Odyssey is a choice to engage your life with greater meaning, honesty, and coherence.
We come together among brothers to form a crucible of camaraderie, accountability, and transformation. Through this work, each man is invited to come to know himself more fully. In doing so, you ready yourself to return to your work, your relationships, and your wider world with greater presence, steadiness, and the capacity to contribute in ways that heal rather than harm.
